Wow, this is exactly the video I wanted. I don't actually do much armwrestling, but I'm definitely jealous of the forearms/wrists of armwrestlers. Gonna add some of these in for sure!

Great point Coach Ray-you don't always need the high dollar equipment-look at Devon Larratt's gym he has everyday items like towels and belts! There are many household items at all our disposal you can improvise tons of strengthening exercises!I've used buckets full of sand or water-water bottles-ropes-straps-elastic bands etc...

Yo Coach Im just getting into armwrestling and absolutely love it! Im wondering is it ok to train the same muscle groups everyday for armwrestling? Or would every other day be more optimal?

What about isolation exercises for pronation, supination and rising? I've been doing pronation curls with a towel in my hand and a bunch of weights hanging from it, but i don't really feel my pronators working that much.

Hey coach rayx, I have a question . To safely do armwrestling the shoulder should protracted and depressed ? And so the shoulder should be conditioned in this way during training ? I hope you will se this question, I also think would be a good contenent to talk about the mechanical of the body during a competition and how to properly condition the body . Thanks for your time , I will copy this question in other 2 of your last video so to make sure you will see it , I hope it doesn't bother you. Thanks for your time

Yeah most of the armwrestlers do have pain, that s why i don t do reps i just load the most weight i can handle and do holds...
