if you're gonna run an insurance business, then you need to have them pay a certain amount of money every once in a while, not just a one time payment, that way, the money will pile up and eventually go past the value of their vehicle so you're still making money even if they wreck it. If they wrench their vehicle not long after their first payment, then you need to raise the amount of money they have to pay every time, but not by a lot though, if they don't pay then you have to hurt them of course, and if they have another wreck not long after they had one from before, then raise the amount they have to pay.

@TheDevildogGamer AFAIK the whole deal with it being pitch black during night after the 1.60 lighting enhancement update is all up to the terrain maker to fix. They have the options to fix it in the terrain configuration files where you set most lighting options in

One thing you guys need to understand is that sometimes we're not always going to have the perfect role play in these situations. Most of us are here just to have fun and some of us grind all to hell just to make money. I'm sure that +TheDevilDogGamer is doing his best as a role player and I personally admire his role playing style being that I've interacted with him before.
