Fantastic tip video. I’ve got around 20 hours in and decided I wanted to be more than a typical default spawn but wanted to give back before I used up supplies. The navigation tutorial was a bonus and hopefully I can learn to keep off main roads from here if I’m on offense. Thanks!!!

Hi Gunboat, I like your videos and looking forward for some more pro tips and tricks. I don’t agree that Arsenal should be built second, second should be built light Vehicle depo because it generates supplies and give you ability to spawn vehicles. Arsenal will only waste the supplies because ppl will spawn with their loadout or will make one

Oh, OK so you cannot spawn with your loadout if there’s not enough supplies on a point. I was wondering why it was making me take my custom load out off before it would let me spawn

I'd prefer to spawn with my loadout than have a vehicle.. As a long time Arma player I will always prefer to be on foot and would encourage new Arma players to use the vehicles for what they are, transports not assault wagons.. Problem I have with building a light vehicle depot is when I want to grab another RPG for 55 supply points I cant because everyone takes a jeep for themselves, even the basic jeep is 125 supply.. if we want some RPG ammo or grenades etc.. 1 guy takes a jeep only to leave it in a random forest then get killed, respawn and take another jeep.. would much prefer an arsenal than a vehicle depot.. I understand the argument against it, but I also resupply bases so the real argument shouldn't be what to build it should be teaching people that resupplying is just as important as taking supplies.. - Your argument relies on the passive resupply of the light vehicle depot whereas you should be actively resupplying the bases if you want supplies.

Good video, though you didn't mention the living quarters so I'll mention it here.. Most people know the living quarters give you AI defenders, but more importantly that structure reduces player spawn costs by 50% so if you have a heavy loadout with a bunch of RPGs or pricey gear costing 200 supplies.. the living quarters will reduce that cost by 50% you mentioned not to spawn at the front for costs etc so I figured you didn't know that this building reduces that cost. It's still good advice though don't take supplies from the front bases unless you're planning on resupplying them lol.

If you cursor over bases on your map you will see how many supplies are in the base. You want to move supplies forward so your team can spawn on the frontline and be more effective.
