11:11 I believe it considered a “prohibited ruse” by the Geneva conventions if you were to kill an enemy while dressed in the enemy’s uniform. So it would make sense that the player would be penalized for doing so and it would also make sense as to not punish friendly fire.

Basically if you are the one disguised and kill an enemy you get punished. If you are US and kill a US dressed as RU you get no punishment.

I see the new uniform swap system as just a way to balance the game. You’re not being kicked from the game for playing spy assassin. You’re just risking the fact that you can’t immediately spawn an attack helicopter after you’re done. I do think it would be cool if they added certain XP boosts for other activities. For example if they do things that are considered “sabotage” like sneaking in and blowing up a radio tower or spying then those get you XP.

11:17 “Killing enemies while disguised does punish the killer”. This just means that you shouldn’t kill players of the faction you’re currently disguised as. If I had to guess, the developers like the idea of players disguising themselves for intel gathering, yet dislike the unrealism of these double agents playing Clue.

I’m definitely a strong believer in ai.. I’m not touching those mortars with out my ai team lol, simply spawn in your character and ai an use the cmd feature to recruit them to your squad, then tell them to (get in) the mortar and then you can order them to use artillery fire, what ever you are looking at OR commanding them on your map at a location to attack aswell, and in game master you just tell them to get in the mortar aswell and when you place a artillery attack just double click the command to show the properties and then it’ll say hold and switch it to how many mortars you want them to fire at that location :) hope this helps

Just a tip - in Conflict, you can collect the personal belongings of the fallen (enemy) soldiers and turn them in at any arsenal. If there was any valuable intelligence in it, you get rewarded..

@ I honestly don't remember the exact button as I don't have PS5 but when you are in an arsenal and have item (stack) selected there is a hint with controls on the bottom left. "Deposit" should work for you. Also the same button you use in general to put (or pick) items from the inventory - like when you are looting things from dead bodies. You just select the thing in your inventory.

Say i wear enemy hat but rest of body is wearing native camo - at what point does the "disguise" detection kick in? Would even as little as balaclava trigger it? What about backpacs and ammo carriers? The reason for asking - i spawn with default loadout and as i fight i build up my loadout from what i pick up many times friendly but also enemy Equipment so itd be good to know what not to loot :D

I'm pretty sure it means if you steal enemy clothing and then kill enemies then it will punish you, not if you shoot an enemy in friendly clothing. I personally like being able to steal enemy clothing and try and fool the enemy, it's fun and an option anyone can do, so it's not really unfair.

I think the big thick ones shouldn’t be able to be knocked down by driving into them, the drive head on into a real big tree in real life and it’s doing more damage to the vehicle than the tree! the destruction seems cool but it looks the buildings go down too fast. The damage model of buildings could have like 3 stages: 1. Fine 2. Damaged walls with holes ( pre-defined holes - not dynamic) 3. Destroyed That would have been perfect, atleast it will give you idea that the building is damaged and you should get the F out.

I think the mortars and destruction are a good and bad pair, all it’s gonna take is one good mortar team who can do a small amount of math to reign fire on the spawn on the enemy has while not even being close to the objective and be a terror cause they can’t be found quick enough

@ and no offense to console players but few enough people have any idea how to target locate or even what’s going on so being rained on by mortars over 400 meters away isn’t gonna be fun on the receiving end. I hope it’s possible to rebuild those structure with a team of shovels otherwise whole towns will be flattened within an hour of the match starting😂 we just have to wait and see

So if you dress up as a Soviet but you are playing as American and you kill a whole bunch of Soviets you will get punished because it’s a war crime. "Killing enemies while disguised ... punshment for killer" means imho that if you disguise yourself and use this advantage and kill an enemy, you the kill but also get punishment (probably rank). Not punishment for taking out enemies that are disguised. At least I hope so.

@CrispyGaming92 im pretty sure the Percieved faction is saying- If you disguise yourself as the enemy and kill them you get punished. Its like a downside to stealing the enemies uniform.
