Plus what they don't understand is.. it does not matter how many marriages you do to convince yourself in the eyes of society that there is nothing wrong in this and try to make it socially acceptable...in the eyes of Indian law only the first wife is the legal spouse and the children conceived by her will only be the legitimate children. If something goes wrong in the second marriage which i am very sure at some point will .. considering the wandering eyes of Armaan.. the second wife will have no legal agency, no rights not to mention the emotional and mental trauma that this will create on their future children.

In Muslims polygamy also have some rules . Man must have to take permission from 1st wife before marriage and take care of the equally .they can't just randomly marry someone .
