What deepika said was before they got married both of them were not committed ,then where did the open marriage came from, they met other people but still find a way of coming together and she said it was after her breakup so she wanted to be sure before settling down

Where does Deepika condone an open marriage? She's talking about a time when she was seeing Ranveer but they were not in a committed relationship. At that time she did see other people. What's wrong with that?

There are quite a multiple of reasons for which people are hating her 1) once in past episode of kwk ,she said she can very be in a casual relationship because it's not her things and she always gets serious about the person she is dating. So to people she sounds hypocritical 2)in one of her inspirational video she promoted infidelity in marriage 3) she blamed ranbir kapoor for cheating but here she sounded like she was cheating on ranveer or atleast her choice of word made it look like that ranveer singh was a backup option for her if with others she doesn't work out then she will settle down to everyone in this public media space. Which is something people find very disrespectful towards Ranveer? And you will see that people are mocking ranveer singh saying" you are just her backup option" and all sorts of things.

@surjalikadeb2829 people change and react differently over time don't they? Perhaps Deepika had her heart set on Ranbir ( big mistake!) and was miserable when he cheated on her. Her dating Ranveer initially was described as PR bc Bansali wanted a buzz about his stars being in love IRL. We'll never know the truth. But it's possible that initially she saw other guys too bc she wasn't that serious about Ranveer? Why are we harsh on women? Salman, Akshay, Hrithik, Ajay, Ranbir, Shahid all get away with having multiple " friends".

@@cinnow well i personally don't take celebrity relationships seriously. But I do think that Deepika could have been more careful with her choice of words to describe the situation because it felt like she degraded ranveer and it is not about exploring options because before she was just in a relationship where only two people are involved but now she is married hence two families are involved .
