Lol noway makhachev has been knocked out before but khabib never got rocked while going straight through elite strikers with one punch knockout power. I am not sure about makhachev doing that and in addition makhachev needed that striking prowess of his own to fight elite strikers while khabib never seemed to need that. Khabib is the master mind behind makhachev's success, how about if we put that way. Khabib in his prime was unbeatable but would have eventually gotten beaten if he ramained fighting more 4 5 years because as a human we have our limitations and it is not that a better fighter comes along but it is the fact that we do not remain the same once the age catches up to us.

Khabib has a good chin but islam doesn't have that. But islam's skills are as good as khabib.

@@Hicom310 islam's skills are not as good as khabib's. Islam and khabib had well over a hundred sparring sessions and islam never won a single sparring session according to their coach mendis. That is insane usually sparring sessions are mostly very competitive if one fighter wins 7 sparring sessions out of 10 the other at least wins 3. But winning well over 100 sparring sessions without losing a single one of them demonstrates the skill difference.

Islam's grappling is not as good as khabib. But his striking is better than khabib. Bcuz islam learned from multiple coaches. Mendes said it himself.

I respect Arman for not just his talent and dedication but his honesty. Khabib has no equal but Islam is tightly there and has done better than Khabib in some areas. But Arman lost to Islam already, even though they are both better now, I still see Islam tiring Arman out, you know why, he just admitted he doesn’t train daily. Islam and Khabib have, for over 20 years, Arman can’t even believe it lol Mashallah!!

If I was in Armans shoes, I would stay away from Islam and focus on climbing up. He doesn’t need anymore losses. Islam will fight three more times and retire. Arman can fight first for open title against Charles. Now that would be one hell of a a battle. I can easily see Arman becoming champ if he climbs up and don’t rush. Also be careful of Islam. Don’t rush that fight so soon.
