I'm 25 years old, currently suffering from stage 3 osteonecrosis in both hips, tried hyperbaric oxygen treatment for a total of 60 sessions, it did help in the beginning with the pain and inflamation, but not to the degree I was hoping for. I am currently on a waiting list for total hip replacement on both sides. My osteonecrosis cause was chemotherapy side-effects, so you might want to include that aswell. I had one cycle of BEP chemotherapy in late 2022 and doctors say that is the cause of my necrosis.

Since you are just 25 years, you can see weather you are a candidate for Hip-resurfacing.... May be done at selected centres.. Enquire about this to your orthopedician

Hi, can this cause a burning sensation from the hip to the groin all the way down to the foot? Anytime i sit, the burning sensation becomes exacerbate.
