When you get stuck and afford to take a knock and when your energy is tied. It can serve as a way to redistribute that energy where it needs to be

I am not a big fan of the Thornton supporter. I really only used it in one deck. I agree with you that Entei should be added for another V to distribute energy to.

Very fun list. I always like seeing radiant heatran. Such a shame it's been forgotten like radiant steelix For deck additions: maybe a damage pump so you can basin to the bench, fire off to active heatran, damage pump to heatran and hit 280 a turn earlier

Damage pump wouldn't be a bad idea.

Running trekking shoes mew ex gouging fire and max belt. The max belt lets you one shot a zard pretty easy with Armarouge ex and mew can also help finish off zard at the end since they should be on odd prizing because of heatran. Mew is also good for the greninjas and star chronos. Gouging fire helps with the basic ex fights. Skwovet is just bad for the deck since you need bench space

I usually see a Gouging Fire ex in this type of deck, maybe add in 1 copy of that?

True that can work, but my thinking was that if you can set up a couple of armarouge ex's, you can basically one hit KO anything with enough energy and I didn't have too much trouble against basic ex's.
