Is this not going to prevent Heat dispersal at the top of the Rad?

@@extremepowerhouse8365 Hi, The Video implies that you are leaving the OEM one in place & putting the Carbon one over the top of it?

@@alanoliver379 we are replacing the plastic cover with the same exact cover but in carbon instead of plastic

@@extremepowerhouse8365 Your Video does not depict that. It is misleading.

Why would changing from a metal cover to a carbon one cause overheating and power loss?
@bryanmunoz6813Ай бұрын
@@extremepowerhouse8365 The problem i not changing the heatsheild, your product installed is showing a non vented / heat trapper @ 1:26 and the oem one actually has a heat opening which allows air flow to pass via the factory metal brace. Yes the factor component weight roughly 5.65lbs and a aftermarket carbon fiber one should weight less then a 1lbs. Your video like @alanoliver379 stated is the you are not dispensing heat but trapping the heat in the engine bay on the new "slam panel" by not allowing air flow to properly flow via the heat exchanger.
