Marines come before Navy in the official order every time. Coasties come before Air Force in time of war, but only if Congress actually declares war. That pulls USCG into DON and they have seniority over AF.

Yes you are correct. I now perform this medley live as follows: Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Merchant Marines and Space Force.
