The big Bird story is real to me, because I saw one when I was a kid, It flew over a 2 story house that was abandoned. I thought it was going to land on that house, it just soard over. The wings were as wide as the house. Several years later, I stopped and measure the width of that house, it was 24 feet, and the overhangs were at least a foot. This sighting was in the middle 50"s, of course no one believed me at the time, But two weeks later, a man in Mason City Illinois, about 30 miles from where I was, actually took pictures of two of them, and were shared on local TV. So, I believe his story, btcause of my sighting as a kid.

Leland , Michigan, here… had another run in with an 8’ owl… the resonance was just to large for even a great horned owl, plus, it was on or near ground level. Changed from that to something else, then something else… had a friend with me that was beyond rattled by this, near panic, and then became ill… 5th time I’ve heard this strange vocalization… all times in a 2 mile wide strip of National Lakeshore that used to belong to my grandfather… have had numerous other things occur there, too earlier in life… kinda over it… rather be left alone down there…

Hey Steve my honest advice regarding your throat is start drinking 100% pineapple juice. My Dad was Blessed by God with an absolutely beautiful singing voice. He could sound identical to Bing Crosby, Tom Jones, Elvis & many more famous artists but, I'm bad at recalling the artists names... ohhh.. I can't forget Frank Sinatra❤️ Dad, being from MN, could even perfectly imitate loons & loved to talk like Donald Duck, to bring laughter to his grandchildren & all other little ones. He began entertaining the seniors, singing, for them in the Nursing Homes, which is when he then began experiencing congestions in his throat, or maybe even vocal cord overuse issues. I told Dad about my findings on pineapple juice, which I inadvertly stumbled upon in an article that stated pineapple juice, is the best to relieve & clear up throat congestion issues etc... Dad ended up buying 100% pineapple juice (Del monte I believe) & Dad confirmed, that the juice literally did take care of whatever, was causing his throat congestion etc..❤ *edit.. may have been Dole pineapple juice..? Just make sure now that label doesn't state bioengineered, as well as pray over the juice & all your food, to be cleansed by God. God made all things good & He created all herbs, for the service of man/His children young & old. Southeast Texas is my home and we have squatch here too in my back yard there 52 acres and they have been seen there. And small town one on the other town on the side of the town I live in .The our police offers has came face to face with one that was called one a peeing Tom when they got there it was a big foot it was in one of the news paper also . I can see that happening because my youngest daughter did that exact same thing when her and her sister were playing, running through the house chasing each other and she rounded the turn where the kitchen has a middle wet bar and the utility room is off the kitchen and for some reason or another, there was a plastic coat hanger laying in the floor next to the utility room where the washer and dryer is and her foot hit that on that linoleum floor and she went skating straight in to the wall and it tore the big toenail off where her foot went partially under the door to the room. It was like slow motion. LMBO so I can feel what you're saying. Hope y'all have a wonderful weekend also and try to enjoy it and stay safe and cool.

In the 1980's I was heading down 131 to Grand Rapids in Michigan. Had been watching thunderheads just climbing and towering fast for 30 minutes. As we got near to town my ex and I saw 2 huge birds soaring round in circles. They were very visible for several minutes and the altitude was high, so they were massive. After looking at Cryptozoology for 50 some years, I figured they migrate from Texas or elsewhere.

Thank you sooo much for this podcast today. That guy who saw that large bird had balls to share. I saw similar birds in Monmouth County NJ back around 1997.
