I used to work in that precinct (20th). That McDonalds has always had a problem after school. There have been gun incidents there before. School safety and precinct officers used to be there at the end of the school day, but there aren’t enough officers. Precincts are short staffed and officers are being flown out to different areas of the city for migrant crisis and other events. Cash, if I could get permission (probably cannot l)I’d love to have you come see my apartment and do a coffee chat about crime (like some of your old-school videos showing apartments).
