It looked like he was treating League jungle as Dotas Jungle. Mobs respawn as long as the camp isn't in it's area, so you pull them from their spot to get them to spawn faster, you can even stack camps so laners can hop in and get extra gold and exp. Of course, major benefit of the doubt, the Nocturne was probably just dumb

Honestly too many people try styling by taunting and letting minions take down the enemy's nexus only for their hubris getting the better of them. I have had games lost due to this too often but at the same time, I have had comebacks as well being on the opposite side.
