It is all in the timing of his R. Rammus only gets to that high of an Armor value when Jaksho + W + Aftershock is active, but W and Aftershock can run out. If Trundle waits til Rammus has all those buffs, he steals a HUGE amount of stats. If Rammus has like 500 Armor with full build and Jaksho, then with W and Aftershock, he hit more than 2000 Armor. Trundle R steals 40% of the enemy's Armor. So if Trundle times his R at the 2000 peak, his ult steals like 800 Armor. That 800 stays even when every Rammus buff wears off, so instead it becomes 500 - 800, sending the numbers into the negatives.

Trundle gets a percentage of CURRENT armor, so when rammus' W and aftershock ended, trundle has actually absorbed more armor than his pre-buff state so he got a negative value

Hummm doing the numbers that means Yasuo's ulti hit for 2.5k base damage, which I believe means that even if his ulti could crit which it doesn't say that it can Yasuo would have needed 530 AD at this point to 1 shot them. If his ulti cannot crit that shouldn't really be possible even at -175 armour.... weird.
