It is a rare occasion (at least for my expirience), but in AC6 english dub is so much better than the original one. And V-II Snail is a perfect example of that statement of mine - in english version he has that more character in his voice.

⁠@@HiroyaFujimiyai think they were ALWAYS like that. The souls games to my knowledge straight up didn’t have japanese voice acting cuz Miyazaki felt that it would be more fitting for the setting for them to speak in english. By the time Sekiro came out japanese voice actors finally came into the scene, and i think they fit too in AC6 which features people from all kinds of backgrounds
