Honestly I saw their relationship in this route as a sort of rivalry and rather than sadness it's more like feeling proud for both raven and rusty fighting for their beliefs. In the next route when he gets offscreened and then Walt dies now that's just sad

Honestly, I'd say It Has To Be This Way would be better fitting for the Carla/Chatty fight. Because you really are perfectly reflecting them in that fight, fighting for the sake of your friends and for what you think is right, the exact same reason that Carla's so determined to see OVERSEER's goal to the end.

I think "the only thing i know for real" suits better for rusty. Because rusty the only person who's treat you as a buddy and friend when the others treat you as a war weapon, but "it has to be this way" still good though

I'd argue that there's no "happy" in the first and second ending of Armored Core 6. In the Fire of Raven, you have to kill your friends (Rusty and Ayre). In the Liberator of Rubicon, you have to kill your mentors (Carla and Walter).

Update I Lied more videos are in the works but those might be my last ones because I feel like I am overdoing these videos and I think they might drop in quality if keep pumping them out. Gonna be the last of these videos for now haven't had any new ideas for which fights to add the Metal Gear Rising songs to, but I will make more in the future if DLC is made for this game and still waiting on Elden Ring DLC, It might have some boss fights that will fit those songs maybe?? Screw y'all who're like "uhm achtually thish shong worksh bedder", UNWANTED ANALYSIS! Remember is a nice little instrumental that makes you feel badass but also has sort of a somber tone. It fits really well with the rapid flight above Rubicon's soon to be scorched skies. As for Rusty? Unlike the TOTIKFR fight, this is RUSTY'S song. Rusty talks constantly about how 621 is power without purpose - but in this fight, he realizes that, in spite of 621 being an enemy and opposing force, whatever happened to them GAVE THEM a purpose. Whether it's Walter's legacy, Walter's order, or the pain of betraying Ayre, 621 has a REASON to fight Rusty now. But Rusty knows that he simply can't give up. Even if his buddy can fly now, he has to fly higher, for the sake of Rubicon. And yet, when he's beaten, he admits defeat - just before he dies, soaring above Rubicon, he admits that 621 has flown. That they will create a *new* future, one way or another.

Anyone else do this, Pilepunk a staggered Rusty, his hp goes to zero and then he returns to full health hitting harder and his thrusters having gone red like Coral was in use? Because I started using 621 modified to match the Raven mech from Illegal Entry and would 75% delete Rusty's health three times, each time reducing ORTUS to 0 and the final one was the one that stuck...
