I purchased one of these about a month ago. For the most part it's pretty ok. I just have an issue with the straps not staying on my shoulder and falling down and out from under my vest carrier. Whenever I sit down is when it begins to fall down. I've tried to adjust the back and front straps to tighten them up but it either gets to tight or continues to fall down.

Same here but my undershirt has a lapel strap on the shoulders so I run them through there and they are in the perfect position all day

+sudilos117 LApoliceGear has them for $35 + S&H thats their clearance price. The reviews rave about them except for a couple. One of them said the plastic hardware broke.
