Also MD for the EU but it depends on whether you unify Europe under the current tag or just boost the benefits of membership and change everyone’s flags which isn’t necessary irl but mechanically speaking if you go decentralized the other countries obviously keep the benefits of their own focus trees especially Italy and France assuming one of the two is federalizing the EU.
