During reassembly, everything works well until I attempt to reinsert the crane lock screw, detent, and spring. I line them up (though the detent does not want to fit well into the screw) and screw them in. I get resistance before the screw is flush. At that point, the gun functions normally. If I tighten the screw beyond that point, the chamber is too tight and does not want to rotate or release. Any advice? Thanks!

check the crane fitting first before inserting the the crane detent, spring & screw, if not working disassemble it again to make sure the Hand and Release button is in place,

Hi,... nice job... you make it look so easy!.... Can you tell me what the Trigger spring "Spacer spring" is for??? It does not seem to compress or relax at all during the trigger pull. It seems to act like a bushing to space the trigger spring off the back wall of the frame. Do you agree?

I feel like a real idiot asking this question, but I'm desperate for help. I recently bought a pre-owned, and apparently rarely fired m 200 with beautiful wood grips, to go with my m 206. I think I have really messed up my m 200. I don't even know why I did it, but I loosened the cap on the front of my ejection rod, and the star at the rear of the rod came off. I CAN tighten it fully, but then the holes don't line up with the stars. To get the cylinder holes to align with the stars, the star is only finger tight. Other than that, the gun worked flawlessly at the range, where I put about 100 rounds through it before I messed it up. PLEASE advise me. I've tried tightening the ejector rod cap at the front, but that doesn't seem to address the problem. Thanks in advance.

I noticed you took the knob of the ejector rod off so easily...mine is frozen solid and won't budge! Even using pliers...

How do you remove the barrel?

u can see a Pin Connected to the Frame & Barrel, just punch it. i advised not to remove except if the barrel is damage.

dapat tight un para hindi gumagalaw na mgfit ung ejector sa cylinder kapag nilalaro mo,

Siguro na over tight na yun kasi di na siya uupo dun sa cylinder notch kapag tight talaga; Uupo siya kung loose at pag nagalaw di na ma-isasara ang cylinder.
