I have stopped training for armwrestling , Im hoping my tendons will heal , I have pain in right elbow , I can't seem to heal golfers elbow , but now im gonna rest 2 months more and I will be back at it :) Currently training just classic gym workouts to save some of the strenght. Thanks for checking up :D
