That Bornman is already a arm wrestling beast, geeezzzus lol. Can't wait to see him in 2 or 3 more years. Big things coming from him for sure. I hope Big Brian Shaw has that genetic thing and becomes that good that quick. Bornman, leonadis, and a couple others just seem like they were born for arm wrestling huh lol. But Bornman is the most impressive out of all the rookies I've seen by far. Bornman vs leonadis has to happen soon 💪

KZbin algorithm boosting comment 💪 ... but plz, help him not push too hard too much and too often where he may end up tearing/breaking etc things. rehab, blood flow and time, patience in AW is tough for many of us. ofc, this was also all in good fun too, stay safe guys!

@homeboy32184 ай бұрын
@@JimmyGrant74 Samoens are playing amarican football and rugby - i dont watch neither but i could only imagine they have alot of legends in that sport - US holds strengh records because there are alot more people from us than there is Samoens - strongman is also a sport made in the us so its way more popular there - the europeans have a culture for strengh and they generally have a bigger frame then Samoens thats why they do so well in strongman - but pound for pound Samoens is some of the strongest people in the world ( i am danish so not biased )

11:29 Longtime view of the channel, maybe I never paid attention but I never knew Lachlan was missing the tip of his index finger on his right hand. That would surely slightly effect his ability to arm-wrestle and wrist curl.

I wonder why this is so much easier than a dumbbell wrist curl on a bench edge. Really curious what you guys can max on that lift, cuz most viewers can probably relate to that
@carlbenedictbais74223 ай бұрын
3Factors 1. You get tired by setting up a DB curl on a bench compared to this machine. 2.Angles, when you do a wrist curl, your hand mostly is fully supinated which faces ur face or you could just also lay your head or shoulder in the bench to achieve a neutral hand like the machine in the video does, but is highly unstable. 3. Stability, the machine achieves a great stability in your arm, which the db wrist curl won't give you also because the dbs contributes to that stability ( they are long)😂
