Not filmed is the warm up lifts, and the evening isometric, volume, dynamics and rehab sessions.
I continuing my program this week to be max effort in the AM session, and depending on the day, PM is currently only isometrics and volume (2 sets of 25; set 1 at 25% and set 2 at 30%).
It seems my side pressure is taking a jump as of late. I think the extra couple pounds I've gained are coming of use. With the latest PR of 90lbs on the 3in wrist wrench, I'm thinking I'm very close to 100lbs of straight side pressure with the 2in. We shall see very soon.
