Levan is from another planet. People talk about how much he is blasting roids. The funny thing is he probably takes long break periods from roids, so he is healthier than people think. As soon as he starts the cycle, he gains everything back in very short time

@@jasonslovak4766 that's what Constantine said, he lose 20+ kgs in off season and then in two weeks he gains everything back, this is clearly due to gears stop and restart. Listen to the interview before talking nonsense lol. Do you think he blasts roids even when he is not training? He takes 2+ months off training after a match means he also takes 2+ months off gear after a match

These easterners use gear way more aggressively than we do in the west. Dennis ran Tren all year and that’s why he got sick. I love Tren by far my favorite compound. Would I run it for more than 3 months? NO! Maybe 4 Months if I’m healthy. But even Indian bodybuilders. They start you first day in the gym on 2 grams of gear

1:20: You don't have to plan things if you arrange your life in such a way that it becomes easy and fun to do the hard work. It's probably more effective to not view it as work, and instead make the hard stuff as enjoyable as possible. But you can still do intense periods of discipline. And you'll have more mental fortuitude to pull off such periods if you make your regular life enjoyable.

Hey :) ! I never commented I so far I think, but I like your integrity and honesty. Even if I sometimes disagree I am confident you state what you honestly belief, that is nice. I have been a Devon „Fan“ since 2019 I think at least. But since ~1 year maybe so much crap behaviour, Trashtalk is more cringe and low level than funny or creative (you mentioned as well his TrashTalk was way better in past) and now recently, I guess you saw it in the KOTT13 Press Conference (during Eddie and Brian talk) the comment was so distasteful and disgusting (it was edited out even) I don‘t feel good anymore to support this behaviour. No one could say something like that in AW and not face consequences, no one in any sport really. I know it is hard for you to make a video about it or mention it in a Video, but maybe you can let me know your opinion in a comment here? How can Engin and co allow this? Would appreciate your opinion!

Brian needs to train with guys like Levan because they both like training heavy and weight lifting . If Brian trains with Devon ,it's good for learning techniques and the basics but Devon is not big on working out! I did hear that he is going to start and that's good because I feel we have never seen Devon at his top tier level. Devon will have to hit the weights and food to hit 300lbs. Id love to see it! Devon not only heavy but strong and jacked at 300lbs would actually be scary! I wish John would of done it as well! I can't even imagine how John could of been if he would of hit the weights!

Creatine brings water into the cells. So he might be concerned with his hands and arms getting even bigger which might affect cupping and other techniques. But the water usually takes a few days to dissipate, the creatine in the muscle should remain longer so he's probably getting rid of 10-20 lbs of water weight. That's the only logical reason I can come up with.

If Levan entered more comps had more matches a year right now. I don't think he'd win them all. But I guess he's earned the right to pick and choose these days.

Assan Ali was a 15 year old with not really any huge achievement in arnwrestling so it's not that shocking

@@Cure_Insomniaa Denic has never faced Rahul and also I don't know if Pradip made a video on Sivajith or not but dude both Sivajith and Rahul are the best 70 kg arnwrestlers in India so they do have big achievement, what is the achievement of Assam Ali?

@kingshrey112 OMG! Your this comment told everything that you literally know nothing about Indian armwrestling updates. Now denic has beaten Shivjit with all flash pins in latest happened official match 70kg category. So just go & watch first before commenting plz. Plz first update yourself

@@Cure_Insomniaa I follow Indian armwrestling alot and your comment doesn't make any sense ,firstly Denic is a 80 kg armwrestler so how come he defeated Rahul in 70 kg category?😂I know he has beaten Sivajith but he never faced Rahul ever in his career and Rahul hasn't even competed recently

Lol Levan is as similar to Brians size and strength as Devon is to Levan. You cant say someone is the the same size and strength when they weigh over 100 more pounds, 5 inches taller, and can lift significantly more weights too. Brian is much bigger and stronger than Levan. No comparison in any way lol. Will you please stop saying stupid stuff like this? It will keep you from being the biggest Arm wrestling journalist you can be.

Yeahh just because every armwrestler....they drain the water out from their body for better endurance ... and if you will take salt and creatine before match then your muscles will hold water too much and your hand will get pumped before time😂.... There more stuff comes for explosiveness for the match no just creatine ....is just for that purpose there are more better injectible stuff which are giving far better results and explosiveness then creatine ...I hope you knew that ...thank you pradeep 😊

@@muhlizcoxi If you actually go to the gym you'd know that every pressing movement hits shoulders as well no matter what you do, eve n flat bench hits your front delts slightly. The angle he is using is perfectly fine to try and isolate the upper chest from the lower chest as much as possible. Let the man lift and get on with your life.
