that would be good decision. Today you need to be born giant to stay at top in super heavy. If you weight 120kg+ while training then 115kg should be a no brainer. In the future most will be at 150kg+ like Alex, genadi, revaz, levan etc. 125kg won't be enough

There are definitely things you can do to increase your lifespan like exercising regularly and eating properly. But I agree that at some point you need to just accept that you will grow older and that it's just a fact of life. I think Denis is only doing himself harm by trying to compete on the world stage, he may have it in him but it will greatly impact his health.

Yeah but, Devon didn't destroy his kidneys with roids and was hospitalized in his 30s like Denis :) Considering Dennis already has the advantage of acromegaly (thick bones) and everyone saying his muscles feel like steel, doesn't feel human, with all of that, he still couldn't pin Devon ONCE! so i dunno what his place in the sport is right now, but i don't think he will ever be at the top. I would feel really silly and ashamed if i had Dennis' genetics and i would lose to normal humans.
