I was there in 2009 as a 92Y, w/ Papa company, remembered to hide my pack of newport properly inside my wall locker so the drill sergeant wont find it. What an experience and adventure.

Well first off good luck you’ll do good. Check out my other video about basic training. I talk about all that. But just put the work in everyday when you’re doing PT & during smoke sessions. It’ll naturally come down over the 10 week period as long as you’re going hard everyday

It’s damn near impossible to fail AIT. It’s that easy. If you can make it through Basic Training, You’ll be good.

If I remember correctly. It’s honestly kinda easy for y’all. Y’all are considered MOS-T’s. You just have to be at PT in the mornings on time, be present at every formation that the drill sergeants schedules, and be in class on time. Outside of that y’all are free to do what y’all want. Now it could have changed by now since I haven’t been in like 2 1/2 years but if it’s the same that’s it above

Nervous but excited, basic suckedd.. lol is there ruck marches like at basic those put holes on my feet and heels and just wanna be prepared also, do you have a fire guard shift every night? I cover just about everything in the video. You do a ruck march at the end of AIT it’s not long but y’all camp out for a few days. And I’m sure they’re switching to the new PT test and don’t be nervous you’ll have fun at Fort Lee. The first week is boring but once they give you freedom youll have fun and you’ll meet some dope ass people

You’ve chosen a great MOS. I was a 92Y in ‘98. Remember to be all you can be. Take correspondence courses, getting promoted was easy, take college courses and get a degree before get out. Best of luck to you.

what is the benefit of Control-F? I'm nervous about the tests at basic and ait, my Mom is 92Y as well! I never do well on tests, that's always been something about me. I even failed my ASVAP my very first time.What would you recommend me doing to not worry so much about that.BTW I ship on the 21st sooo next week :/

You search keywords w/ Control F when you take your test in AIT. It helps you find what you’re looking for. But I made a basic training video. Go check that out. I promise you’ll be okay. Look at it like this you’re not there alone. There are other trainees there with you going through the same stuff you’re going through. Just do what you’re told and listen to instructions and you’ll be fine. Like I said check out my last video on basic training you’ll be good I promise. Lol when you graduate come back to this video and lmk how you did

Yeah I did! They’re called MOS-T’s. And yeah it is different for them. They get a lot more freedom than everyone else

I don’t have too much knowledge on split op, but it depends on your AIT, company, & platoon. But usually AIT is wayyyyyyy more chill then basic. You have a little more freedom.

MOS T are usually free to do what they want. As long as you show up to PT, Class, and meetings on time you can do really what you want

Depends on your company & drill sergeant. If they do take them just give them a burner phone or just don’t give them your phone just keep in your locker during the day

It’s about 2 months and they’ll know because they’ll ask whose prior service or who is changing their MOS and you’ll most likely be considered a MOS T i believe

I cover class in the video. Really just pay attention, take the notes down, and us Control F. You’ll learn what control F is once you start class. But all you do is sit in front of a computer all day. It’s literally easy af.

Good luck you’ll have fun. It’s not that bad after the first couple days. You’ll have good days & bad days. It’s apart of it. But it just depends on which AIT you’re at. I’m sure you’ll get your phone, but some may have different rules
