Hello ma'am I had one query regarding state dental council registration....my registration is ok Karnataka state ....but m residing at bihar right now....will Karnataka state registration count?? Or I have to get bihar state registration??

You should be registered with any one state dental council. You can change it if you are practicing in any other state

Yes you will be declared medically unfit, but you can go for lasik operation but it must be done atleast 1 year prior to interview
