CDS Rawat Sir ek bade gem thay. I remember his video, where he said, "sorry gentlemen, army is conservative". Wo army me kuch 'factor' ko ghusne me roke huye thay. Aur wo factor ka na hona accha bhi tha. Unka aise samay me 'chale' jaana army ka bada loss hua aur uss 'factor' ki entry bhi ho gayi jo nahi honi chahiye thi.
