Your transition's to the right are great but you could tell on the box drill the last head shots you were overdriving a little on the left transition back to the Head. I have the same tendency. But this is an absolute gem of a drill to show how the sight should land on target!

I was annoyed when he was starting the drill sights aligned on target.. but waiting for the buzzer with your safety off??? Whiskey Tango?!? I suppose the critical part that you’re drilling and training is the accuracy and transition, but life is a series of ready ups. I see no reason to not start from a low ready.

The scenario starts with shooting at one target and transitioning to another. It doesn't make sense to start at a low ready or use the safety. He was already in a fire fight.
