I find it amazing that everyone’s skin is different & every product reacts/looks differently on each of us!! Some of the ones you got rid of work great for me & some that you love look terrible & cakey on me. I am with you on the sticky formula ones definitely don’t like those!! Also the MAC Studio NC10 looked yellow on me..🤷🏻‍♀️ I was hoping for more neutral color.. for me the NW13 is better for my undereyes .. but I have dark circles so the slight pink probably helps. Great video, Thanx!!

Yes the pink in NW13 is great for undereye correction! I mainly use my Studio Skin NC10 for spots x

My HG is the Maybelline Age Rewind but I think I might try the Flower Beauty one. I tried the Maybelline Fit Me but it didn’t work for me. I use that one as a foundation when just lounging around the house.

Wow so many concealers! I find concealers the most difficult makeup product to buy. I haven't perfected applying it, and I've only just recently gotten my Tarte Shape Tape to halfway work for me. They're either the wrong shade, make wrinkles more pronounced, or look dry and cakey. Ugh! Definitely going try to find and give some of the ones you're keeping a go.

I find less is more, use fingers to blend concealer out, build up to the amount youll need! hope that helps?

Hello Arna ! You have to try the Pearl tinted illuminating eye treatment. It’s so good to mix with drying concealer or to put underneath concealer. Makes undereyes flawless ! Congratulations for your PHD ! Love your videos ! 💖

If you’re curious to try another liquid-y medium coverage concealer for under the eyes may I humbly recommend Armani Power Fabric in the lightest shade. It’s quite brightening (I believe we have a verrrrry similar skin tone) but you can tone it down by using less and restricting use to under eyes & nose & chin. I, like you, prefer a higher coverage, thicker concealer for the rest of face if I need it for blemishes. I was weary at first because I thought it would be matte but it actually looks the most natural under the eyes of any concealers I’ve ever used and it sets itself-truly! Being able to skip powdering under my eyes I think also helps keep things looking super natural. Love this video, thank you for you awesome content!

Just hurt when you tossed out two of my HG under eye products the Becca corrector and my Revolution in 0.5. Glad the Annabelle concealer wasen't too pink in the swatch, it matches me but I'm so much pinker then you are.

Love this video! I need to declutter all of my makeup but I keep telling myself I want to get my KZbin channel going and I’d want to film a declutter so I keep putting it off haha. Where do you get the saim (I know I’m spelling it wrong) brightener?? I currently use the Becca undereye corrector but I’d love something lighter and that wasn’t so sticky (though I do like the bh cosmetics concealer in 100.5 but I usually mix a little of the new elf 16 hour camo concealer with it and that helps with the sticky/cakey aspect) 💕💕💕

Hi Arna, I finally got around to buying the Models Prefer Finishing veil powder. It's quite glowing isn't it. Do you use it under your eyes as well as all over your face. It's lovely but I didn't think it would be so shiny. What's with the bloody packaging though? My gosh I hope they change it at some stage. Anyhoo, any tips would be appreciated. FYI I have slightly oily t zone. 😊💖

I also got the shade swan of the too faced concealer and it's too light as well as WAY too yellow for me and it's supposed to be a "rosy" shade, no idea in what world that could pass as rosy but ok haha I actually liked the formula so I was quite disappointed, but I feel like no one gets pink toned shades right beside tarte (no longer buy from them) and NARS (not cruelty free) they're always too yellow or straight up orange/peach No idea why anyone thinks cool(!!!!) toned meins orange because that's literally the warmest color there is Oh and PLEASE run to the drugstore and get the essence camouflage healthy glow concealer, I don't care for the matte one but the hydrating one is perfect. You'll really like it for your underlies and on spots, gives great coverage and doesn't look cakey or dry

Ah so you're also only buying cruelty free only? Please don't be mean to me and I don't have products from them as we can't buy them in the first place, but why don't you buy from Tarte? Just trying to do my research for a new foundation 😏 Re. Swan, I think it's supposed to be neutral. They should have more rosy undertone, I think it's Snow. If there's an alternative from a cruelty free brand, I'll buy it if not I'll buy the non cruelty free product until I find an alternative. Why can't you buy NARS, doesn't exist in your country? They've been available for a few months here now so maybe they'll come to yours too. I don't buy from tarte because they fail to be inclusive of everyone. I can't support a brand that doesn't include people with a darker skin tone, and especially the whole thing about only releasing lighter shades first because people tend to be lighter in the winter. Uh no, there are still people with a darker complexion, no matter what time of the year it is.

If you don’t want to support brands that don’t cater to deeper skin tones, then you probably shouldn’t buy Essence - they literally have 2-3 shades in each foundation/concealer line!

I'm really surprised you didn't care for the Huda concealer. It is quite heavy but the coverage is there. I have to be careful to only use the smallest amount or it does go quite cakey and gross. Suppose we can't all like the same things lol. Love you, Arna!
