I wondered, how the intro to the Mystic would look like and yes... I don't have much of an imagination;) Seems like a fun character to play with his mumbo-jumbo skills. Fantastic series to the great game! P.S. When visiting the island, please look under your feet because there are eagles grazing everywhere.

how balanced is it all ? will there be any problems with the fact that two experienced players got a mystic and a captain ? and the first one will have an advantage due to the fact that it is easier to play for him? or on the contrary , it is more difficult to play for a mystic , so he will always win with equal players ?

The leaders seem to be well-balanced (I read that they ran long testing with top ELO Arnak players). The difference is in the learning curve. It will take a shorter time to learn how to play Captain or Falconer well. It will take longer to play the Mystic well. Once you master each leader, two experienced players should be able to achieve very similar scores regardless of the Leaders they are playing.

@@thomasboon3626 is correct. The leaders are pretty close in potential power level, but Captain and Falconer are pretty straightforward, while Mystic and Professor are the hardest to play well. Although imo the testing wasn't that long - it was only one month with around 600 games. Certainly I understand they had a timeline to meet, and their playtesting is pretty much gold-standard in the industry already.

Mystic seems too challenging. I want to try pilot and professor as soon as possible. But I'm from Russia so... Love you guys. Keep doing what you doing. The world is more fun place to live because of you.
