Robert Valencia Mitoy’s voice is similar to Russell Hitchcock. Mitoy’s voice is clear and he cannot belt rasp/husky. Arnel can shift from clear to husky unlike Mitoy that is why their tier is different. Mitoy high higer range but in terms of quality, I doubt it. Arnel is better.

Amazing to watch him transform into a song. He just keeps getting better. You get the feeling that with just a little practice he can do anything. I mean come on Freddie is the master with the voice, and Arnel persistently gets better and better as he performs. It's truly glorious to watch.
