You said you had never eaten Mexican food and actually you still haven't, as you said in the video, who chose the food?!!! I won't mention the obvious mistakes with Turkish food because Arnold already mentioned it, but that Mexican food was not Mexican food, it was Tex-Mex (so Americanized), it's like ordering Italian food and they give you pizza from pizza hot. You mention the kebab, well, Mexico has something very similar call taco al pastor but the meat is marinated in a semi-fermented and slightly spicy sauce, What you showed is nowhere near to Mexican food
