Try to shave at least a week before the show and just use a body trimmer leading up to the show. Like a Phillips one blade or something like that. The acetone in Pro Tan can cause recently shaved skin to flare up and inflame. No idea if that is something you’re dealing with but when you shave your whole body has been exfoliated/damaged. Putting the Pro Tan on recently damage skin causes the water to move to heal the skin. Happened to Regan recently. 🤔. Best wishes, all love, go get ‘em at the UK!

Let's go champ, you can do it with your wife by your side. Dorian Yates, Shawn Ray, Rich Gaspari, Lee Haney, and others did it alone. You don't need a guru; no one knows your body better than you and your wife. Have courage, and let's go for it in the UK! I don't think Hadi is going to make it. You're sure you're going to win, and afterward, you can go with your wife on a trip to Mexico or the Dominican Republic to enjoy the sun and good weather. Then, take some rest to allow your body to heal from all the stress of training and dieting. Even if you place second, you are a winner. Love you champ and greet to you fantastic wife who helps you all the time.

In my opinion, Milos was not calling the shots he had him just for a second eye and Samson paid the price for that in this arnold and he will in next olympia too unless he changes things and hire a coach like Neil yoda who can prep him and bring him on point. He might win this arnold uk if hadi doesn't show up.

@@corya3189 If I had a coach I would listen only to him and his guidance. Your close friends and family can be your third eye but the final say would always belong to your coach. If Mel peaked Samson for both shows this means Milos wasnt present. Many athletes got coaches in different locations and they work with them with no issues. Here what I can see it was a different circumstance - Mel took over Samson preps.
