Ceeriously, a great and time-consuming effort. Michael Stuhlbarg did a brilliant job of bringing Rothstein to multi-faceted life. He’s a great character. ‘Boardwalk Empire,’ like so many other contenders for ‘The Sopranos’ crown as the greatest of all-time, couldn’t stick the landing. The final season sucked! If they had interspersed the flashback sequences of young Nucky throughout the series (the way The Sopranos did) it would have been very effective. But, to turn almost the entire final season over to young Nucky flashbacks was a fatal error. Then, they compounded the error by bringing back Gillian. Of all the contenders for the title of GOAT, only ‘The Sopranos’ delivered brilliant seasons for the entire run, with the exception of ‘Deadwood,’ which was stupidly cancelled after only 3 seasons, and ‘Bosch’ which, whilst excellent, is not in ‘The Sopranos’ league. I have rewatched ‘Boardwalk’ several times and I just skip the final season.

One minor point (I don't consider this a negative for the show) is that you get the impression Rothstein was a major bootlegger when he really was only involved in the business for a couple of years before divesting. I believe he saw it as too violent and dangerous a business, which it was tbh. I would've liked to have seen that addressed in the show, it would've added even more depth to one of the better characters. Divesting from bootlegging is something that basically no gangster did because of the profits, it's really a standout move by him

The Sopranos and Boardwalk Empire are great gangster shows but the best of them all, which I am now revisiting after 20 years, is none other than Deadwood. - ceerious... - what about him? - he has become a top fucking uploader, posting with two hands ever since he was back from Miami. - Are you fucking with me? - Forget about it... Bottom-line, he was a borko that everybody loves him, right? You know why? Because he never watches crime movies alone, capish? It has been the longest time of quality in the KZbin sopranos/boardwalk empire compilation history. He is a...capable uploader, and all his subscribers love him for that. - is that the one that KZbin copyrights strike in the back? - No it was borko, the one with telenovelas obsession. Im talking about ceerious, he shares his over 1 hour long compilations. - i heard it 3 times, what is your fucking point. - hey you remember once we watched Boardwalk, we were seeing a bunch of great characters? And i said why dont we make a compilation about this creeping dentist with an ether? Ceerious said why dont we make them all? -hehe, he said that? Okay i got your point... Ceeriously, I cant appreciate enough what you are doing. God bless you! Enjoy every bit of your work!

Mine was AR as well (Besides Nucky) Buscemi is so good. They were like frick and frack in this show. The fighting with words are so powerful and clever. Gosh amazing dialogue.
