I know how long Joseph has chased 700. Even though that wouldn’t pass in comp obviously, he might still be the lightest man to ever bench that. Job well done.

He's strong as fuck, but he has one of the ugliest benches out there. Compared to other strong benches (Haack, Wheels, Maddox, etc.) it really looks like a gymbro bench at its finest, shaking all over, movement doesn't look that controlled at all, I think i've seen him shuffle feet a few times too.
