Niki's speech: "After observing the Government of India's attempts to undermine the Naga political issue, I made the decision to remain underground and fight until they acknowledge our legitimate rights. However, in response to the plea from the tribal bodies of Nagaland and their call for an inclusive and unified solution for the Nagas, I decided to come overground. Presently, the Government of India has entered into separate agreements with two distinct political groups, namely the Framework Agreement and the Agreed Position. This raises concerns regarding the attainment of an inclusive and unified solution for the Nagas. The demands of the Naga people are my demands, and their voice is my voice. However, it is crucial to establish a single comprehensive solution involving all factions. We cannot have different solutions for different factions. Regrettably, both the Government of India and the Naga people are recognizing all the factions, which burdens the Naga people. I urge you to refrain from providing taxation and contributions to those groups that act against the interest of the Nagas, including my own group, if you believe I am not serving the best interests of the people. I affirm my unwavering commitment to honor the wishes of the Nagas until the end. I firmly advocate for an inclusive and unified solution in the greater interest of the Nagas. We must avoid group-based solutions as the Nagas are a united people. Let us not solely blame the underground groups; those operating above ground should also unite as one people."

No need to give taxation to any group if we people do that different groups won't be formed but since we keep giving taxation to them from start till today they are splitting they are hunger for power and greed it's became like a customary let's just be honest and they used the word "Soverginity" "Cause of the people " "Naga independent" "unique identity " and keep splitting, 18 groups are there in total just recently another NSCN K was about to spilt again, I don't appreciate any of the groups apart from those groups back in the days where they were real freedom fighters now tho it's just baseless .. Goes around asked tax and if we don't give threaten us to shot and boss around saying "ami bitor manu ase dey" like they are supposed to function like the police of a state in political but it's misused. We the public are sacred of them? See the significance here why are we scared of them at first place? Aren't they are suppose to act like naga protectors? But instead they abuse their gun on the public... Nagaland will prolly end up in a bad shape in future they are just many groups involve and they aren't even working as one... Just look around the way this so call leaders of any groups they live a lavish life taking tax from the innocent public and if we the public really need to pay tax then let there be "ONE GOVERNMENT ONE TAX" rule be implement with this insurgent groups I feel pity and sad I have seen it a lot of times they just comes out of nowhere and asked 10k 3k 2k 20k to shopkeepers and ya big business are even higher around lakhs if they don't wanna give they threaten them, they are indirectly killing the people the frustration will only be felt if an individual does business it's a headache
