How do you think does the presence of such a big crowd influence the performance of certain professional chess players? I am just wondering. I myself, if I was one of the chess players I would be very nervous. But maybe they are able to just ignore it and play as if they aren't even there? Thanks

@LordPrutsikas10 жыл бұрын
It depends on the nationality. Southern folk won't be influenced so easily because they're familiar with playing when other people are around whereas northern folk can be easily distracted because they generally play chess and train alone in front of their computer and also tend to masturbate a lot when they lose

Why didn´t Carlsen play Qxe3 at 6:35? I think he is a rook up after this. And after Bxh7+ Kh8 Qh5+ Kg8 Rf6 he do not have to take, which is also possible and could play d6 and he would be a rook and bishop up!

Clark Grissom Aronian was already lost in that position (a full Rook down). With that move he's trying to find some complications (a common strategy when you're down) but he realizes immediately that has nothing there and then he resigned.
