1 honest suggestion: When you've already asked them to get the best food that they have which is Wazwan in this case, you should have asked them about the order in which the food has to be eaten as well. You've mixed the food altogether and given this Kashmiri authentic food bit of a Delhi touch. No man! Also when you are giving a food review it's very important to mention what masala they have used, how it is prepared (just a brief) instead of just saying that it's so soft and crunchy and yummy.. I don't think that you will ever say that you did not like the food!! You were so rushing into eating rather than getting to know about the speciality of the region and what's the beauty of that recepie and food. Sorry but I have seen a super Wazwan video before this one so.. Hope you take it in the right spirit... Cheers...

Even the script of Kashmiri, which was 'Sharada' very close to Devnagri has become so to say extinct. The official language of Kashmir is Urdu..just to keep Muslims in good humour. Keeping aspirations of Jammu Dogras and Ladakhis at bay. Thanks to erstwhile Congress led regimes. Most of the people cannot think of Kashmir beyond scenic beauty, shikara rides and Wazwan.All the three regions Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh have distinct cuisines.

In Kashmir we have a rule... Wazwan made by waza traditionally is the real one. The one restaurants serve don't even come close. Why? Wazas are really picky about a lot of things. Ingredients especially meat has to be absolutely fresh and by that I mean it shouldn't even be older than half an hour. So, those who have had wazwan in a friend's or relative's wedding will tell you the same thing when they try wazwan from a restaurant. Still, this is pretty good. I am glad they have included other non-wazwan dishes which Kashmiris love such as haak.. P.S Eat it with rice, dude.
