I like shorts best when they're used as short clips almost used as adverts. However I have had second channels where I also did shorts and I will say they are pretty bad for you. Not only do the viewers from shorts only watch the short content but the type of people who will find you through shorts never really are the type of people to watch the longer form content. Infact most of them are literal children who unless you make kids content will just subscribe to you no matter and still never watch anything else unless they happen to scroll to it while watching shorts. In my experience anyway

Interesting, though it disturbs me knowing there are people out there (kids mostly) that just watch shorts. When we recorded this it was on my to do list to start making shorts at the beginning of the year but now that I hear your and Decisive's experiences, I don't think I'm going to do that anymore. Thanks for the input!

@@JackstarHere It will grow your sub count for sure but your views will either stay the same or just dip. I killed an entire channel that way. But anyway cool podcast so far lol
