Here in Melbourne, last week we were allowed to open up our gyms and martial arts dojos, after several months of lockdown, due to the Corona Virus pandemic. For the most part, I have been training at home, on my own! However I am now back teaching at my Shihan's (master) dojo. Glad to see you back on your KZbin channel, with your instructional videos, they are awesome. I hope that all is well, with you, as well as your students, Osu!🙏🇲🇽🇦🇺🥋

Another awesome Bo trick! You've run into a situation that has also happened to me when filming the Bo: Framerate too low makes the spin look cartoonish. Through trial and much error, I've settled on 60fps when filming the Bo.
