Actually Asian arowana is illegal to keep as pet as per CITES. But you can keep Asian arowana which is bread in a harvesting farm like Qiuan Hu. The certificate defines that your arowana is bread in a farm which follows every rule of CITES and IE Laws for live animals. And absolutely the certificate defines the quality as well
