The term "GUITAR HERO" was waiting for this guy. He totally owns it. I love music and have been listening good musicians/guitar players all my life, but this kid is something else above. His speed, his creativity, his unbelievable phrasing, his passion... .In a perfect world this guy would be rocking full seat stadiums around the world. Instead, he is playing joyfully in the streets. I am a great guitarist myself from USA and in my personal opinion this guy is one of the best I have ever heard and he play's the singer's parts too which is very original , cool and unique in my personal opinion he is just as good as anyone out there today very precise, clean , no mistakes playing and he is extremely fast and original , how can anyone not like this guy ? He is very awesome accomplished musician and knows his instrument very well !!! He is very very very good , great and great performer , this guy is going to be very famous all over the world if he's not already !!!

Back in the 40s and 50s, Bebop jazz was also a style of playing at sometimes above 300bpm. Some like it some don’t (i love it) the creativity of those people is beyond our limited imagination. At least, people to this day are stil trying to master what they did back in those days!

If you think Dimebag, becker etc is a better guitarist than John petrucci (rated as one of the greatest guiatrists of all time) or Andy James, who plays some of the most impressive pieces of music written at blisteringly fast speeds, I can honestly say you know next to nothing about music compositionally and technically. Guthrie is a phenomenal player but I would definitely rate John Petrucci or someone like Jason Richardson above him. However, DImebag is just a decent guitarist but is no where near the level of proficiency and tightness as say Josh Middleton or Lucas Mann or Paul Waggoner (BTBAM).

Truly amazing what hard work this young man put into his skills. it takes 18 hours a day to say the least. I played for many bands, but I would love to play with him 1 day. This Man put hours in sessions to be not only Arpeggios, but he mixed in chromatic scales, other scales and went up and down the frets like they were oil induced. Yes I do mean his sliding back and forth up and down the frets. He has it all and all you Rockers really need to take note! These young men is turning the world upside down. Joe Satriani`s debut album was called "Not of This Earth". Back in time Satriani was the one "not from this earth", nowaday Salazar is. Years ago I was a guitar player, watched a lot of videos and clips etc., today I am glad that I dont play anymore (you have to realise where are you going in playing an instrument - I did it), but I can still listen and watch such good guitar players worldwide. There sould be a place in time and space for all musicians but only some of them impress. I am always saying that a faboulous musicians is able to play in a way that most of other`s cannot, he can express himself trough the instrument meanwhile some just play melodies or songs. I felt very happy watching this video and also other videos of Salazar and at the same time crying. For the last I think that a lot of viewers felt the same. Amazing performance. Stay safe Salazar. Dude , omg, all of these videos that have you in the street playing like a mad man, people actually paying attention , the intensity and feeling , pouring your heart and soul and your whole being into the guitar brings tears to my eyes every single fucking time... It's not just insanely fast , but with feeling and heart... just awesome work man, Bravo. Fast playing like this hardly ever brings emotions out in me but your playing seems to find its target a lot.
