The array mbira is much like the marimba or vibraphone, the hand pan, tubular bells or other such instruments that are permanently tuned, its not really meant to go out of tune or to be retuned because that is very very complex We have received instruments after 10 years and more for maintenance with little retuning required. The instrument can not be tuned by a novice without damage to it. I would be happy to tune it again if you can ship it back. @@xuanxuan9318

Yes, I find it is hard to tune, I used a long time to figure out how to tune it, and I can almost make it now. But there has slight buzzing sound of some tines, I guess it's because the abrasion of the metal bar. It is perfect when I received it, but I stored it in a garage for several days, maybe the car's vibration caused the slight change of the pitch. Thank you for your concern, but it is expensive to ship to the US. I will go to university in the US next year, I may bring it with me or buy a new mbira then.
