I think Haku knew that they will never see each other again but he need to make a promise just to let Chihiro go. He knew all along that if Chihiro know that fact she will not go, and she will be dead in the real world. He loves Chihiro unconditionally that he is willing to let her go for her own safety even when the consequences is not seeing each other again. That kind of love is just so pure and true. Im gonna stop, it's so heartbreaking. 😭

@@princess4645 In my opinion the world with the bathhouse and all is the spirit world. And chihiro's is the human world. I think they may see each other again when chihiro dies and if she still remembers haku, her spirit will be able to meet him.

I can’t explain the feeling. I love this movie so deeply, and this beautiful cover brings me joy. But deep down, there’s this inescapable, cold feeling, because I know this movie will never come back again. There will never be another Spirited Away, another Kiki’s Delivery Service, or another Totoro. And when Studio Ghibli closes down, the world will have lost a true angel

I love this comment so much. I absolutely adore Spirited Away, Howls Moving Castle, etc with all my heart. So much I can’t describe it. It teleports me into another world. But then a thought dashes into my mind. I don’t live in a Studio Ghibli movie. I cant just laugh everything off and smile at whatever comes at me. But listening to this music… its like for those short instants I can. Its like for those short instants everything is fine. That’s what Hayao Miyazaki’s movies do to me.

I don’t understand how a simple song can wipe away years of murk and abuse, and just remind yourself of the person you lost along the way. The one that never wanted to grow up to be as cold and lost as you feel from day to day. Whenever I hear this I remember a boy who just wanted to explore and create. We’re all gonna bite it, so what better day than today to shift gears and be honest to that boy who needs me to rewrite his end story.

Every time I watch Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle or anything from Ghibli really, my heart hurts. I want to turn back time and cherish more moments especially when I was a kid. I want my lola back. I want to go back to the time where I would play in the back of the house, read a book with lola and play with my mom and sister. Where we would celebrate fiesta and Christmas and the whole family would be there. My mommy and my papa would be home and not continents away. I'm crying.

Like many of us here, I didn't search for this video, it just found me at the right time. I miss my childhood home, out on the countryside that felt like a tiny paradise just for us. I love Spirited Away so much! I can’t wait to show my son this movie. When he is ready of course for now this has been his favorite way to go to sleep. So calming for him and puts him to sleep quick. You play so beautifully, and with so much love continue to do amazing work like this! Thank you so much!

What a gorgeously filmed video. Love the beautiful flowers, and goodness, what a spectacular view from the window. But it is your amazing talent and your incredible instrument that truly moved me. Thank you for sharing all of this with us. ❤️
