Arrest and Trial (April 5, 1964)

A desperate father kidnaps his son from his ex-wife and her new husband in "He Ran for His Life". Egan defends the kidnapper, and begins to think that not all is well between the son and the stepfather. George Segal and Kathryn Hays guest star.

It is perhaps a minor coincidence that a little over a year after this episode, He Ran For His Life, first aired, Ben Gazzara would go on to star in the NBC drama Run For Your Life, which ran 1965-68.
