❤Jail is … 1) Booked & Fingerprinted, 2) ALL your personal property including EVERYTHING YOU WEAR REMOVED & STORED & Jail clothing, with plastic sandals & NO SOCKS OR UNDERCLOTHES, 3) Stripped naked and body cavities “searched” for contraband, 4) Put in a cell with some other person(s), 5) The WORST CAFETERIA FOOD YOUVE EVER EATEN🤮 6) Cell is disgustingly filthy, thin plastic mattress with a thin sheet and usually no blanket, 7) Noises including screaming lunatics on drugs banging the walls coming off drugs, etc, 8) Jail staff who don’t give two shits about you or your wants or needs, 9) No toothbrush or personal items bcuz you don’t get that stuff til later sometimes, 10) Getting woke up for 9 a.m. Court about 4 a.m. for breakfast and transportation that takes hours and is chaotic, crowded, and awful, 11) Being herded like an animal, shackled, cuffed, chained, and forced around for hours while threatened by jail staff, 12) Being surrounded by often very interesting accused criminals who often reveal what they did and how they propose to proceed (lots of self-snitching) 13) A chance perhaps to use or wait for a phone upon which EVERY WORD IS RECORDED AND WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU- NEVER ADMIT ANYTHING ON PHONE CALLS! 14) A chance to go back to Court, where you may not even be allowed to speak if the process continues your hearing and others totally control your life, 15) If you do get to use the phone, you must have a person answer who agrees to accept charges for the call which identifies you as “an inmate from xyz facility” 16) The very real possibility the call will not go through if the recipient does not know how to accept the call, or it requires having the call services paid for by putting funds on that service- this NO FREE CALLS! 17) Getting the chance to call, but not knowing anyone’s phone number because it’s stored in your phone and you have no access to your phone! 18) Upon release from jail, any time between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. with no way to transport yourself from the jail to wherever you need to get, perhaps no money, a dead cell phone, and whatever clothes you had at that time and whatever weather is at that moment you’re released - heat, snow, rain, etc, 19) Sometimes a combo jail “Toilet/Sink/Drinking Fountain” combo unit facing everyone else so you must urinate and defecate right in front of and inches away from everyone including jail staff, 20) Fellow inmates who sometimes make all manner of filthy and disgusting behaviors that remind one of our common cave-dwelling past such that one desires to be the Hell out of there ASAP, but one has ZERO control over anything… Thus… the sudden change in attitude!!! Jail Therapy Etc.

This sociopath is receiving more respect and consideration from the court that he's probably gotten from anyone else in his life. I know we have to bend over backwards to guarantee people's rights, but watching this is so frustrating.

The key is in what you say: He may in fact be receiving respect and consideration for the first time in his life. Yes, he’s been a jackass, but often damaged people have never had an experience of being treated like a human being and have often been treated with cruelty and neglect. To have a respectful exchange of ideas can be transformative, and in his case I hope it is.

I've seen sovcitz repeat that jurisdiction argument 15 or 20 times in succession at a hearing, even after the sitting judge makes a ruling. Eric Martin, for example, is known for that ploy.

I gotta comment on your biased take on the idiots that challenge jurisdiction. First I want to say I can understand why you and others make fun of these guys on their theories. Most don't educate themselves on the law and if you don't know the rules then how can you win? If your playing baseball for example and don't know 3 strikes your out then how can you play and be successful? My take is this, as someone that can't afford an attorney and if public defenders don't have time to work a case then what can you do? Simple, you study the law. Not internet videos unless from law scholars that I do which you can verify their credentials, but you study the law. There's 3 main elements to litigate in court. Rules of the court, procedures and thirdly rules of evidence. Where can you find it? For most you google it. Google "rules of the court 'your city municipality'". That simple. There you can figure how and when to file motions, how to admit evidence, etc. For me I go to the local law library (usually your main city college law dept). There are law books, westlaw, etc. Sample motions etc. As for your biased opinion, which I'll guess your someone that has no idea how to articulate anything cause it's easier to cry and complain about. But the fact is a jurisdiction challenge is the number 1 thing to challenge before anything. I'll simplify what I believe these guys try to argue. This is not my argument because my arguments are always supported by a code, statute, case law etc. But these guys believe the laws don't apply to them. That's baloney. Constitution grants article 1 and article 3 courts. Some try to argue they want common law courts or say the courts are admiralty jurisdiction and because their no injuries then they can't be tried. That's false. BUT because they don't know how to admit evidence and make the other party rebut their lawful argument and/or move the court for a judicial notice then they'll get humiliated and thrown to the side because they know in the legal world they have nothing to worry about. I have won jurisdiction issues in court. I'll give you one example to prove that there are people that self educate the law so they can defend themselves, but more importantly put police officers, attorneys in check (because the rules apply to EVERYONE) (if you would study the law you would know that) but I got a red light camera ticket in the mail. On the ticket it gives you 3 choices. Pay, contest the ticket (which your unknowingly consenting to their jurisdiction) or tell who drove the car. I do none of that. I send my own notice challenging jurisdiction by citing Ohio rule 4 and 4.1 that this first class mail notice to me is unlawful. That simple. Now you may be asking what does that mean. You wanna know look it up, but I'll give you the short version. A party and a court doesn't have personal jurisdiction unless you are served or you accept certified mail WITH A SIGNATURE. that's one example. I also give you what these knuckleheads try to say in court. But I don't need to. There's remedy for every charge or citation you get. BUT YOU GOTTA DO YOUR RESEARCH. PEACE

Judge Simpson doing his job in a normal everyday manner. Go into his court demanding things and spouting nonsense would not get the above response from him. Looks like the defendant has passed through the find out stage after trying the fool around part in court. Be reasonable and usually whatever judge will do his best to be as fair as possible to or for you will be the result.
