Other than the clown cars, how does one know these are legit cops? No visible badges, IDs, or name tags., except for the big officcer who seems totally on top of things and not at all threatened by the camera (in fact commenting that he finds it useful to have everything documented). Appears they’ve got two under arrest, therefore the officer checking the grounds at 5:50 is probably not the arresting officer and is there to assist with transport. Pretty sure the officers that do this day in and day out know the procedure for making an arrest.. and if they didn’t have the grounds the detention wouldn’t be authorised at custody. Also, sort your grammar out!
