How lucky am I just as i was wondering how to figure out my CVS unit...then boom a surprise from my favorite Med tutorial teacher. Teaching is an art 🎨 and not everybody is an artist. Indeed Murphy you are a gifted artist.

A lot of people say they like the white board better, but as a med student, I enjoyed this a lot more because I could visualise what you mean much easier. I also suspect it’s much easier to utilize a program, rather than draw everything by hand. Thank you so much for this video!

At 4:14, you mention that if the potassium is too high outside the cell, the potassium inside the cell cannot move out? Can you explain why is that and when you mention resting membrane potential, in relation to the potassium level does that mean upto a certain level of potassium the cell will be in a rest state? p.s. non med student here.

As with carditis, vasculitis, difficulty breathing, hypercoagullation, Adenosine is implicated and we know coronavirus can impact Adenosine Deaminase 2, we know that CD26 is capable of controlling T Cells and Adensine does it too. CD26 is known as Adenosine Deaminase binding protein. It is such an exciting prospect and almost impossible to credit it is not disrupted by forms of covid.

27:21 I'm confused. The diagram says digoxin inhibits Na/K ATPase which decreases intracellular Na. Since ATPase pump brings K in and sends Na out, wouldn't inhibiting it result in buildup of Na intracellularly? And then the Na/Ca pump (which pumps Na in and Ca out) is indirectly affected since high intracellular Na would reduce the rate of Na entry and Ca exit? Is this a typo or am I misunderstanding

Ninja nerd I love your work so much, and this is just benevolent feedback📝, but I think explaining on Whiteboard was much easier to follow.... :(( I am on 25:27 only, and I have been watching this video for over an hour already because I had to stop it many times, go back, and also go find more explanations so I could understand some things better, usually, I never did this with old videos. It was unnecessary until now. I also can see how hard you're trying to demonstrate and explain with your hands...😅🤪 You were born to be a teacher in front of a whiteboard. Also, thank you very much for your hard work! :)))
