ARRI Tech Talk: SSB-9 Counterweight Holder

The Stabilizer System Bracket SSB-9 performs two very useful functions:
1.) Well-known CSS counterweights like the Counterweight CW-1 can be fastened to the SSB-9. The SSB-9 can then be placed at the bottom of any SAM plate and moved back and forth to achieve active balancing of the TRINITY 2 and 360 EVO.
2.) If you attach two SSB-9s to a SAM Zero plate using 3/8" screws, you can slide the SAM plate mounted to the bottom of the camera into the two SSB-9s, thereby raising the height of the camera within the slightly larger inner ring of the 360 EVO.
